so i watched to programme on channel 5 last night and i cant help but think that the scientists maybe sometimes possibly-i hate to be so judgemental, lie to us because they are afriad of unexplained power and skill that they just shun it of and make out it was a set up all along….im not sure, i reckon three of them where definitely fake….but the skull of doom i still hold that that has possibly powers. I was only briefly watching it and dont have tons of knowledge on it so excuse my ignorance….i am more interested in what i can learn and come to appriciate from other peoples points of view.

The reason they don’t want to spread out the truth about the crystal skulls is becuase, they don’t want to cause an uproar and give a scare to people. This myth is true then how could they just make up something like that and just pretend that nothing will happen. They may know something about them but they probably don’t know what because there are so many myths behind the crystal skulls myth that they are not sure what to do next.Maybe they are trying to find the other missing skulls and reunite them to see what happens and see if any of the theories they heard about are correct.

I don’t think they always lie to us, they just see things one way, in black and white. If they can’t see it or prove it, it doesn’t exist. Everyone has their own perceptions of what is right and wrong. I believe the crystal skulls are powerful. the last one has not yet been ‘discovered’ and won’t for a while yet. I actually saw a crystal skull at an exhibition/workshop in Glastonbury.

I didn’t see the programme. But a scientist’s job is to find explanations for things. If there’s something strange going on, a scientist must rule out all natural explanations before saying that something could be supernatural. It’s not that a scientist *doesn’t want* to believe something because they are somehow afraid – it’s their job to try to explain how something might happen.

This post is a great example- even when something mystical is scientifically debunked, people will look for fault behind the evidence or investigation- because they still want to believe in something fantastic and unexplained. Will you please read some science books as well as the other stuff you’re probably into

maybe the skulls are modern made.?
I’d like to see a show where they actually make one using the devices and tools mentioned in the programme.
that would prove the whole thing, would it not.?

yeah I watched a programme the other day they didn’t really tell you much about it (this was just one) only that whoever made it at the time was very skilled coz it would be hard to make it so perfect today!

Well I will suppose it had great value to the original owners and they knew the secerts of it.If indeed there are 13 of them then yes it has to have some meaning to it.We may or may not know what that is.The most amazing thing to me is the material they are carved from and the skull having no marks and is so perfectly carved.by suspposedly ancient peoples.A good mystery to be sure!
